Give example of one friend describing a group of kids walking on street that he/she saw the day before – what would he/she notice:

Explain that observations is not just seeing, its noticing, remembering and recalling

Watch the video and observe differences and similarities of cornstarch and water experiment:

Use analogy of students in a class prodded by teacher stay together, when relaxed they become all over the place, then ultimately they are suspended
